Texas Caviar September 28, 2017 By Jump to recipe Texas Caviar September 28, 2017 by EIR Category Recipes Persons 20 Ingredients 2 cup BLACKEYED PEAS, organic 2 cup CORN, FROZEN, 1 cup GREEN BELL PEPPER, SWEET, CHOPPED 1 cup RED BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED 1/2 cup CILANTRO, FRESH, MINCED 1/2 cup GREEN ONIONS 1 clove GARLIC, RAW 2 cup ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING, REDUCED FAT, LOW SODIUM 1 tsp PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND Instructions Chop all vegetables and garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season with black pepper and a dash or sea salt. Chill at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Serve alone as a salad or with chips.
