Ingredients
- 2 cup BLACKEYED PEAS, organic
- 2 cup CORN, FROZEN,
- 1 cup GREEN BELL PEPPER, SWEET, CHOPPED
- 1 cup RED BELL PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 1/2 cup CILANTRO, FRESH, MINCED
- 1/2 cup GREEN ONIONS
- 1 clove GARLIC, RAW
- 2 cup ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING, REDUCED FAT, LOW SODIUM
- 1 tsp PEPPER, BLACK, GROUND
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and garlic.
- Mix all ingredients together and season with black pepper and a dash or sea salt.
- Chill at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Serve alone as a salad or with chips.
