Sautéed Sugar (or Snow) Peas & Carrots May 16, 2016 By Jump to recipe Sauteed Sugar (or Snow) Peas & Carrots May 16, 2016 by EIR Category Recipes Serving Size 4, 1 cup servings Ingredients 2 cup sugar snap peas 2 cup carrot, raw, sliced 1 cup mushroom, raw, all varieties (optional) ½ tsp salt, sea 1 ½ tbsp olive oil, extra virgin, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined ½ cup zucchini, raw, sliced (optional) Instructions On medium heat, heat olive oil. Add peas, carrots and and mushrooms. Can add or substitute optional zucchini. Sprinkle with sea salt and cook for about 3 minutes.
