Ingredients
- 2 cup sugar snap peas
- 2 cup carrot, raw, sliced
- 1 cup mushroom, raw, all varieties (optional)
- ½ tsp salt, sea
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil, extra virgin, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- ½ cup zucchini, raw, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- On medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add peas, carrots and and mushrooms. Can add or substitute optional zucchini.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and cook for about 3 minutes.
