Frozen Peanut Butter Bon-Bons or Patties
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. peanut butter, chunky, organic
- 1/2 tsp raw honey
- 1/2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- For Patties: Substitute 2 tbsp. vegan semi-sweet chocolate pieces for raw cacao powder.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll into bon-bons, 1 tablespoon per bon-bon.
- Freeze for one hour before serving.
- Can be stored in freezer safe, airtight container up to two weeks.
