Ingredients

1 cup PEANUT BUTTER, NATURAL, creamy or crunchy, w/salt
1 cup RAW SUGAR, ORGANIC
1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
1 large EGG WHITE

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until blended. Drop by tablespoon on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes,
Allow to cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet and cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
