Ingredients

  • 12 oz CRANBERRY, RAW, whole
  • 2/3 cup AGAVE NECTAR
  • 1 cup ONION, YOUNG GREEN, TOPS ONLY, CHOPPED
  • 1 cup CORIANDER, RAW (CILANTRO, CHINESE PARSLEY)
  • 2 pepper JALAPENO, RAW
  • 1 tbsp OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN, 100% first cold pressed unrefined
  • 1/4 cup LIME JUICE, RAW

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Best in refrigerated at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Serve with chips.
