- 12 oz CRANBERRY, RAW, whole
- 2/3 cup AGAVE NECTAR
- 1 cup ONION, YOUNG GREEN, TOPS ONLY, CHOPPED
- 1 cup CORIANDER, RAW (CILANTRO, CHINESE PARSLEY)
- 2 pepper JALAPENO, RAW
- 1 tbsp OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN, 100% first cold pressed unrefined
- 1/4 cup LIME JUICE, RAW
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Best in refrigerated at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Serve with chips.
