Bleu Spinach & Turkey Patties
- 1lbs GROUND TURKEY, ORGANIC, GROUND
- 2 cups SPINACH, FRESH, CHOPPED
- ¼ cup BLUE CHEESE, CRUMBLED
- 1/8 tsp SEA SALT
- 1/8 tsp PEPPER, FRESH GROUND
- 1 tbsp EVO, 100% FIRST COLD PRESSED, UNREFINED
- Mix all ingredients.
- Separate and roll into six palm sized balls, then press into patties.
- Cook on stove top with 1 tbsp of EVO on medium high heat until cooked through. About 6 minutes each side.
- Can also be grilled or broiled in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite side or in a gluten free bun with a slice of tomato.
