Bleu Spinach & Turkey Patties August 30, 2017 By Jump to recipe Bleu Spinach & Turkey Patties August 30, 2017 by EIR Category Recipes Persons 6 Ingredients 1lbs GROUND TURKEY, ORGANIC, GROUND 2 cups SPINACH, FRESH, CHOPPED ¼ cup BLUE CHEESE, CRUMBLED 1/8 tsp SEA SALT 1/8 tsp PEPPER, FRESH GROUND 1 tbsp EVO, 100% FIRST COLD PRESSED, UNREFINED Instructions Mix all ingredients. Separate and roll into six palm sized balls, then press into patties. Cook on stove top with 1 tbsp of EVO on medium high heat until cooked through. About 6 minutes each side. Can also be grilled or broiled in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite side or in a gluten free bun with a slice of tomato.
