Bleu Spinach & Turkey Patties

Ingredients

  • 1lbs GROUND TURKEY, ORGANIC, GROUND
  • 2 cups SPINACH, FRESH, CHOPPED
  • ¼ cup BLUE CHEESE, CRUMBLED
  • 1/8 tsp SEA SALT
  • 1/8 tsp PEPPER, FRESH GROUND
  • 1 tbsp EVO, 100% FIRST COLD PRESSED, UNREFINED

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Separate and roll into six palm sized balls, then press into patties.
  3. Cook on stove top with 1 tbsp of EVO on medium high heat until cooked through. About 6 minutes each side.
  4. Can also be grilled or broiled in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite side or in a gluten free bun with a slice of tomato.
