Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes
- 14 med ASPARAGUS, RAW
- 1 cup TOMATOES, CHERRY
- 1 tsp OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN, 100% first cold pressed unrefined
- 1 clove GARLIC, RAW
- 1 tsp BLACK PEPPER, GROUND
- 1 tbsp BALSAMIC VINEGAR, Organic
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop garlic and add to cherry tomatoes tossed with olive oil.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add asparagus spears and black pepper, mixing well.
- Return to oven for additional 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and toss with balsamic vinegar before serving.
