Ingredients
- 1cup watermelon, raw, diced
- ½ cup cucumber, raw, sliced, skin on
- 1 tbsp parsley, raw
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, organic
Instructions
- Slice cucumber in ½ - 1 inch rounds.
- Chop the parsley.
- Hand-toss the watermelon, cucumber and parsley.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or serve without. Try lavender balsamic vinegar for a refreshing treat.
