- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar, apple cider
- 1 tbsp mustard, yellow, organic
- 1 cloves garlic, raw
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, raw
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried, ground
- Crush garlic with a large knife.
- Whisk all ingredients together in small bowl and set aside to mellow.
- Remove garlic before serving.
- Variation: Use other fresh minced herbs of your choice.
