Sweet and Spicy Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup PERSIMMONS, FRESH, DICED
  • 1 cup TOMATOES, FRESH, DICED
  • 1 cup ONIONS, DICED
  • 2 med JALAPENO PEPPERS, MINCED
  • 3 tbsp CILANTRO, MINCED
  • 2 tbsp GARLIC, MINCED
  • 1 med LIME, JUICE ONLY
  • 1/8 tsp SEA SALT

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and let juices marinate for at least 20 minutes. Serve with plain or sweet potato, tortilla chips.
