Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, whole, organic
  • 1 cup mushrooms, any variety
  • 1/8 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. parmigiano reggiano
  • 4 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed unrefined

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Cook with EVO in a saucepan on medium heat until done. Approximately 10 minutes
