Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, raw, 95% lean
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unfriend
- ¾ cup onion, raw, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, raw
- ¾ lb mushroom, raw, whole
- 2 cup beef broth, organic, nonfat, no added salt
- ½ tsp dill weed, dried
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 cup sour cream, light
- 2 tbsp. gluten free, all purpose flour, organic
- 4 cup egg noodle, cooked, no added salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef, chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add mushrooms, broth, dill, salt and pepper and cook until liquid is reduced by half.
- Stir together flour and sour cream and add to the beef/mushroom mixture.
- Stir until blended.
- Add cooked noodles.
- Serve.
