Salmon, Mushroom, Avocado Pizza (GF)
- 1 cup pan seared salmon, wild caught, shredded
- 1 cup green oninions, chopped
- ½ cup mushrooms, button, sliced, organic
- ½ cup asiago cheese, grated
- ½ cup parmigiano reggiano cheese (may substitute parmesean)
- 1 tbsp garlic, crushed
- 1½ tbsp evo, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 rte gf pizza crust (9-inch round)
- Mix 1 ½ tbls of olive oil with smashed avocado and garlic for base.
- Spread avocado base evenly over crust.
- Dress pizza with remaining ingredients.
- Cook in 350 degree oven until crust is brown and cheese melts.
- About 18-20 minutes.
