Rosemary & Garlic Carrots
- 4 cups CARROT, RAW, SLICED
- 1 tsp OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN, 100% first cold pressed unrefined
- 2 tsp ROSEMARY LEAF, FRESH
- 3 cloves GARLIC, RAW
- Preheat oven to 375 °.
- Slice carrots and place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Chop rosemary and garlic and mix in with carrots.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes.
