Rosemary & Garlic Carrots

Ingredients

  • 4 cups CARROT, RAW, SLICED
  • 1 tsp OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN, 100% first cold pressed unrefined
  • 2 tsp ROSEMARY LEAF, FRESH
  • 3 cloves GARLIC, RAW

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °.
  2. Slice carrots and place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Chop rosemary and garlic and mix in with carrots.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
