Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF) October 6, 2017 By Jump to recipe Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF) October 6, 2017 by EIR Category Recipes Persons 24 Ingredients 2 1/4 cup GLUTEN FREE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 tsp BAKING POWDER, kosher 1/2 tsp SALT, SEA 2 tsp PUMPKIN PIE SPICE 1 cup BROWN SUGAR, LIGHT 15 oz PUMPKIN, CANNED, 100% pure pumpkin, organic 2 large EGGS, RAW, organic 1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT, 100% pure, no alcohol 4 oz APPLESAUCE, no added sugar, organic 1 tsp ORANGE PEEL, RAW 4 oz BAKING CHIPS, SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE, VEGAN 1/3 cup WALNUT, ENGLISH, DRIED, RAW, pieces or chips Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and spice. Mix sugar, pumpkin, egg, vanilla, applesauce, and orange peel. Add flour to pumpkin mixture and combine until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheets. Bake for 18 minutes, cool.
