Plum Sauce (V) July 31, 2016 By Jump to recipe Auto Draft July 31, 2016 by EIR Category Recipes Vegan Plum Sauce Persons 8 Serving Size 2 tbsp per serving Ingredients 6 med plums 2 tbsp. red currant balsamic vinegar Instructions Finely chop plums (skin on) and place half in food processor and puree until smooth. Place chopped and purred plums in small saucepan. Add balsamic vinegar and bring to boil stirring constantly. Turn down heat and let simmer or 15 - 20 minutes and remove from heat.
