Ingredients
- 6 med plums
- 2 tbsp. red currant balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Finely chop plums (skin on) and place half in food processor and puree until smooth.
- Place chopped and purred plums in small saucepan.
- Add balsamic vinegar and bring to boil stirring constantly.
- Turn down heat and let simmer or 15 - 20 minutes and remove from heat.
- Sauce will thicken as it chills.
- May be served warm or chilled.
