Persimmon Smoothie (DF)
Dairy Free Persimmon Smoothie - Packed with fiber, vitamin C and anti-inflammatory ingredients, our dairy-free Persimmon Smoothie will make your taste buds sing!
- 2 persimmons, organic
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp. red maca powder
- 1 cup ice
- Peel and chop persimmons and place in blender
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
