No Bake Granola Bars (GF) June 14, 2016 By Jump to recipe No Bake Granola Bars (GF) June 14, 2016 by EIR Category Recipes Gluten Free, No Bake Granola Bars Persons 9 Ingredients 3 cups oat granola, gluten free 1 1/2 tbsp. raw honey 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. sliced almonds, raw, no salt Instructions Warm honey and mix with granola. Coat 6 x 6 inch sandwich containers with EVO. Press warm mixture into containers. Press sliced almonds evenly across the top. Cool in fridge 20 minutes until honey resets. Turn out onto cutting board and slice into 2-inch squares. Store in airtight container in cool dry place for up to 1 week.
