No Bake Granola Bars (GF)
Gluten Free, No Bake Granola Bars
- 3 cups oat granola, gluten free
- 1 1/2 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. sliced almonds, raw, no salt
- Warm honey and mix with granola.
- Coat 6 x 6 inch sandwich containers with EVO.
- Press warm mixture into containers.
- Press sliced almonds evenly across the top.
- Cool in fridge 20 minutes until honey resets.
- Turn out onto cutting board and slice into 2-inch squares.
- Store in airtight container in cool dry place for up to 1 week.
