No Bake Energy Bites May 25, 2016 By Jump to recipe No Bake Energy Bites May 25, 2016 by EIR Category Recipes Persons 20 Serving Size 1-inch balls Ingredients 1 cup oats, rolled, old fashioned , dry 1/2 cup coconut, white 1/2 cup almond butter (organic, creamy, raw) 1/2 cup flaxseed, ground , cold milled, with lignans 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raw dark chocolate 1/3 cup honey, 100% pure, raw 1 oz chia seed, dried 1 tsp vanilla extract, 100% pure, no alcohol Instructions Toast the coconut and allow to cool. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
