No Bake Energy Bites
- 1 cup oats, rolled, old fashioned , dry
- 1/2 cup coconut, white
- 1/2 cup almond butter (organic, creamy, raw)
- 1/2 cup flaxseed, ground , cold milled, with lignans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raw dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup honey, 100% pure, raw
- 1 oz chia seed, dried
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, 100% pure, no alcohol
- Toast the coconut and allow to cool.
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Once chilled, roll into 1" balls and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Can also be frozen.
