No Bake Energy Bites

1-inch balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats, rolled, old fashioned , dry
  • 1/2 cup coconut, white
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (organic, creamy, raw)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed, ground , cold milled, with lignans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raw dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup honey, 100% pure, raw
  • 1 oz chia seed, dried
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, 100% pure, no alcohol

Instructions

  1. Toast the coconut and allow to cool.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  4. Once chilled, roll into 1" balls and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Can also be frozen.
