Grilled Lamb Chops with Mango Chutney
- 4 oz lamb chops, organic (4 chops)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- Remove excess fat from lamb chops.
- Coat chops with EVO and salt and pepper.
- Grill chops on heated grill each side until desired wellness. Approximately 4 minutes each side for medium well.
- May also be grilled under broiler in the oven for 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
- Top with 2 tablespoons of Mango Chutney and serve with brown or basmati herb rice.
