Grilled Lamb Chops with Mango Chutney

Grilled Lamb Chops with Mango Chutney

Ingredients

  • 4 oz lamb chops, organic (4 chops)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined

Instructions

  1. Remove excess fat from lamb chops.
  2. Coat chops with EVO and salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chops on heated grill each side until desired wellness. Approximately 4 minutes each side for medium well.
  4. May also be grilled under broiler in the oven for 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
  5. Top with 2 tablespoons of Mango Chutney and serve with brown or basmati herb rice.
