Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almonds, raw, sliced
- 1/2 lb snap beans, raw (green beans)
- 1 oz feta cheese, reduced fat (crumbled)
Instructions
- In a dry skillet, toast almonds for about 3 minutes. Watch closely so they do not burn.
- In a small saucepan, steam green beans until crisp/tender. Drain.
- Add feta and almonds.
