Green Beans with Almonds & Thyme

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ALMOND, RAW, SLICED
  • 1 lb GREEN BEANS, RAW
  • 1 tsp THYME, FRESH
  • 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER, GROUND

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, dry toast the almonds.
  2. Set aside when lightly browned. Steam the green beans for 2-4 minutes.
  3. Toss with almonds, thyme and black pepper
