Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Vegan, Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Rice cauliflower in food processor or ricer.
  3. Add garlic, parsley and EVO and mix well.
