Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Rice cauliflower in food processor or ricer.
- Add garlic, parsley and EVO and mix well.
