- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, alcohol free
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 large egg, brown
- 2 tbsp. non-fat milk or almond milk
- 4 slices gluten free whole grain bread
- 1/4 cup 100% raw maple syrup
- Whip all ingredients except for bread and syrup in bowl big enough to fit the bread.
- Dunk each piece of bread in egg mixture and place in non-stick fry pan.
- Cook until golden brown on each side.
- Serve with syrup.
