French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, alcohol free
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 large egg, brown
  • 2 tbsp. non-fat milk or almond milk
  • 4 slices gluten free whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup 100% raw maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Whip all ingredients except for bread and syrup in bowl big enough to fit the bread.
  2. Dunk each piece of bread in egg mixture and place in non-stick fry pan.
  3. Cook until golden brown on each side.
  4. Serve with syrup.
