Fig & Cauliflower Breakfast Porridge September 9, 2016 By Jump to recipe Fig & Cauliflower Breakfast Porridge September 9, 2016 by EIR Category Recipes Fig & Cauliflower Breakfast Porridge Persons 4 Serving Size 1 1/2 cup servings Ingredients 5 cups steamed cauliflower florets, organic 1 cup figs, chopped, organic 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp. agave syrup 1 1/2 cup almond milk Instructions Simmer chop figs in 1 tsp agave nectar or honey and 1/4 cup of water while preparing cauliflower. Steam cauliflower florets for about 15 minutes. Drain well and add to food processor. Add figs including fig juice to food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer all to sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to bubbling boil, stirring constantly. About 6 minutes. Mixture should be smooth and creamy.
