Fig & Cauliflower Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
- 5 cups steamed cauliflower florets, organic
- 1 cup figs, chopped, organic
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Simmer chop figs in 1 tsp agave nectar or honey and 1/4 cup of water while preparing cauliflower.
- Steam cauliflower florets for about 15 minutes.
- Drain well and add to food processor.
- Add figs including fig juice to food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer all to sauce pan.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to bubbling boil, stirring constantly. About 6 minutes. Mixture should be smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with 1 tbsp. of crumbled organic bacon (if vegan, bacon dates) and a optional drizzle of 100% raw maple syrup.
