Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 1/2 cup radish, raw, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup butterhead lettuce
- 1/4 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Combine the vinegar, EVO and black pepper.
- Tear lettuce in pieces and combine with the radishes and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Toss with the vinegar mixture to coat.
- Sprinkle with bleu cheese and serve.
