Orange Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup ORANGE JUICE, ORGANIC
- 1/4 cup RAW SUGAR, ORGANIC
- 12 oz CRANBERRY, RAW, whole
- 1/2 tbsp ORANGE PEEL, RAW
- Boil cranberries, orange juice and sugar for 15 minutes or until cranberries burst.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Garnish with orange peel (and optional tablespoon of dried walnut pieces) and serve.
