Ingredients
- 3 cup lettuce,romaine, shredded
- 3/4 cup chicken breast, boneless, roasted, diced
- 1/2 med apples, granny smith, w/skin, raw
- 1 oz feta cheese, reduced fat, crumbled
- 2 oz pecans, dry roasted no salt
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash, no msg, low sodium
Instructions
- Place lettuce in a bowl.
- Chop apples and add to bowl along with chicken, cheese and pecans.
- Mix ingredients for dressing, stirring well.
- Drizzle dressing on each serving.
