Ingredients

  • 1 cup RAW CASHEWS (soaked)
  • 1/4 cup DISTILLED WATER
  • 2 tbsp. LIME JUICE, FRESH
  • 2 cloves GARLIC,
  • 1 dash SEA SALT
  • 1 dash BLACK GROUND PEPPER

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to food processer or blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Place in fridge and chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.
  4. Serve with favorite gluten free crackers.
