Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 100% FCP, unrefined
  • 1-1/2 lbs broccoli, flower clusters, raw
  • 4 med onions, spring or scallions, raw
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter, no added salt

Instructions

  1. Trim broccoli to desired bite-sized pieces.
  2. Over medium high heat, stir fry broccoli and onion in EVO for 2-3 minutes. Broccoli should be tender, but crisp.
  3. Add butter and seasoning and stir to coat.
