Ingredients
- 1 lb BEEF, TOP SIRLOIN STEAK, BONELESS, RAW
- 3 cloves GARLIC, RAW
- 1 cup ONION, RAW, CHOPPED
- 1 tsp OLIVE OIL, EXTRA VIRGIN, 100% first cold pressed unrefined
- 2 tbsp GLUTEN FREE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 tsp BLACK PEPPER, GROUND
- 3 cup MUSHROOM, RAW
- 1 1/2 cup WHITE WINE, DRY
- 1/2 cup WATER
- 1/4 cup ORANGE JUICE, ORGANIC, NO ADDED SUGAR
- 2 tsp BASIL, DRIED, LEAVES
- 1 tsp THYME, DRIED
- 1.5 cup TOMATOES, DICED
- 1 cup CARROT, RAW, SLICED
Instructions
- Cut beef into cubes.
- Chop garlic and add oil to a skillet.
- Add beef , garlic and onion and sauté 5 minutes.
- Combine GF flour and pepper and sprinkle over beef.
- Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add mushrooms and next 7 ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered.
- Stir occasionally and simmer 40 minutes or until beef is tender.
