Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice, organic
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 100% first cold pressed, unrefined
- 3 tbsp. orange juice, fresh, organic
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh, organic
- 1 tsp yellow mustard, organic
- 1 tbsp. distilled water
- 1 dash black ground pepper
- 1 dash sea salt
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. red currants, raw
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and pour over rice and toss.
- May be served hot or cold.
