Basil Pesto June 8, 2016 By Jump to recipe Basil Pesto June 8, 2016 by EIR Category Recipes Persons 32 Serving Size 1 tbsp per serving Ingredients 4 cup basil, fresh, whole leaves 3 clove garlic, raw 1/4 tsp salt, sea 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin (100% cold pressed unrefined) Instructions Place pre-washed basil, garlic and salt in a food processor. Puree and slowly add oil. Pulse until smooth and liquefied. Store in an air tighter container, in the refrigerator for up to a month.
