Basil Pesto

Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 4 cup basil, fresh, whole leaves
  • 3 clove garlic, raw
  • 1/4 tsp salt, sea
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin (100% cold pressed unrefined)

Instructions

  1. Place pre-washed basil, garlic and salt in a food processor.
  2. Puree and slowly add oil.
  3. Pulse until smooth and liquefied.
  4. Store in an air tighter container, in the refrigerator for up to a month.
