- 4 cup basil, fresh, whole leaves
- 3 clove garlic, raw
- 1/4 tsp salt, sea
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin (100% cold pressed unrefined)
- Place pre-washed basil, garlic and salt in a food processor.
- Puree and slowly add oil.
- Pulse until smooth and liquefied.
- Store in an air tighter container, in the refrigerator for up to a month.
