Banana Chia Seed Pudding (Dairy Free)
- 3 large bananas, ripe, organic
- 2 -1/2 cup almond milk
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 3/4 cup distilled water
- Soak chia seeds in 4 tbsp. of distilled water for 15-20 minutes.
- Blend ripened banana and almond milk.
- Fold in gelatinized chia seeds.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Garnish with banana slices and serve. Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days.
