Banana Chia Seed Pudding (Dairy Free)

Banana Chia Seed Pudding (Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas, ripe, organic
  • 2 -1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup distilled water

Instructions

  1. Soak chia seeds in 4 tbsp. of distilled water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Blend ripened banana and almond milk.
  3. Fold in gelatinized chia seeds.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Garnish with banana slices and serve. Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days.
