1. Ownership. This website is owned and operated by ChristLight Productions Ltd, LLC (“CLPL”) a multi-media production company, and contains materials which are derived in whole or in part from CLPL and other sources. This website and its contents are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any material from this website in any way, including code and software for any commercial purposes. You may only download material from this website for your personal, non-commercial use; provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are kept intact.
2. Terms of Use. By accessing this website, you explicitly agree to use this website, and all its content , in accordance with these Terms of Use. Because the web is an evolving medium, CLPL reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time-to-time, in which case, such revised Terms of Use we will be posted on this website. By continuing to use CLPL’s website, and any of the content contained therein, you explicitly agree to accept and abide by such Terms of Use, as modified.
3. License to CLPL.  When you post a message, upload a file, or otherwise provide us with material for display on the website, you are granting CLPL a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:
   1. use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication; and
   2. sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.

4. Contest Entries and Free Giveaways. All CLPL contest entries and giveaway opportunities are accompanied by the rules and regulations that govern each specific contest or giveaway opportunity.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, ALL contest and giveaways are governed by CLPL’s General Contest Entry and Giveaway Policy.  In the event of confusion or conflict General Contest Entry and Giveaway Policy will apply.
5. Polls. By participating in polls provided on CLPL’s website, you agree and acknowledge that your responses may be used, at CLPL’s sole discretion, for use in content creation, including, but not limited to, research and marketing materials, feature articles, and other content.  Unless, CLPL has obtained permission from you, all poll results are presented in a de-identified manner.
6. Privacy.  Unless otherwise indicated, CLPL may collect personal information from users of its website in order to register users to the website. CLPL uses such collected personal information only for internal use and to provide better services to its website visitors. Website Linking Requirements.  Unless you have a written agreement with CLPL, you may not link to CLPL website(s) in any way that suggests or implies CLPL has any relationship or affiliation with you or your website, nor in any way that suggests or implies the CLPL endorses sponsors or recommends the information, products or services on your website. Unless you have CLPL’s prior, written permission, you may not: (a) incorporate any content from our website into your website (e.g., by in-lining or framing); (b) use CLPL’s name(s),taglines or other information identifying CLPL websites in any “met tag” or other information used by search engines (or other information location tools) to identify and select websites. Further, you may not link to CLPL website (or post any links on CLPL’s website) from any obscene, scandalous, profane, defamatory, unlawful website, or any website that may adversely affect CLPL’s name, reputation, and/or goodwill. CLPL reserves the right to cancel permission to link at any time and for any reason.

Interactive Areas.  Services offered on CLPL’s websites may include bulletin boards, forums and chat rooms (“Interactive Areas”) which allow feedback to CLPL and real-time interaction between users. CLPL does not control the messages, information or files delivered to its un-moderated Interactive Areas. By using CLPL Interactive Areas you agree to the following use conditions:
   1. You will not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Interactive Areas.

   You understand that CLPL has no obligation to monitor the Interactive Areas. However, CLPL reserves the right at all times to share and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, and/or to refuse to post and/or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that is, in CLPL’s sole discretion, objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions. Further, CLPL reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to its website(s) and/or Interactive Areas upon your breach of these terms and conditions.

10. Termination.  These Terms of Use are effective until revised or terminated by CLPL, at any time without notice. Further, CLPL reserves the right to discontinue any content, products or services included on its website(s) without notice.  In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access this website or any of its Interactive Areas.   However, the restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, including any limitations imposed on you with respect to content downloaded from CLPL’s website(s), including any and all Interactive Areas, shall survive.
11. Other.  These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and CLPL with respect to the subject matter contained in this agreement and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written and/or oral. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed void, unlawful, or for any reason, unenforceable, by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Further, by accessing and using CLPL website(s) you agree any dispute or other legal action concerning this Agreement, including any arbitration or litigation proceedings, shall be conducted exclusively in the jurisdiction and venue of the superior of San Diego County, California,  and thereby submit to the jurisdiction of the same.
